Very nice to have a grocery store so close! Seems like it was just 4 miles to everywhere we went (marina, stateline, edgewood, south lake tahoe.). Location: great neighborhood, the neighbors we met were very nice, and we loved biking to the nearby park/lake. Layout: was perfect for our family with all the bedrooms upstairs (3 bedrooms with a shared bath, plus master with ensuite) and living spaces downstairs with half bath Master mattress was firm, in a good way (not mushy), which we prefer. Internet slot machines are perfect for mobile devices. Home: very clean kitchen has everything you could need or want so many activities (pool table, video games galore, board games, hot tub, horseshoes, putting green, great TV/living area, bocce ball, bikes.we were never bored!).
